Develop high-quality social media content including copywriting and creative.
Create and update material for the corporate website, marketing campaigns, collateral, and the internal company intranet (CBNet).
Assist in profiling our hero projects through the development of case studies and thought leadership pieces.
Support team with the development of custom marketing collateral and tailor existing templates.
Gather and analyze research findings to provide input into sales strategies and marketing recommendations such as speaking, advertising opportunities and award submissions.
Conduct market research and analysis on identified initiatives and emerging markets.
Assist with Salesforce lead management maintenance and improvement.

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Software (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
Ability to connect with various stakeholders in the business in an outgoing and engaging manner—from senior leaders to field workers on site.
Experience with design and creative creation and editing is mandatory
Collaborative approach and strong facilitator who can work well on a team as well as tackle projects independently.
Strong oral and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Experience performing market research and analysis is desirable
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Currently registered in a bachelor’s degree or similar in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
Experience in technical writing is an asset
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and HubSpot is an asset.
Understanding of stakeholder sensitivities and best practices in data protection
