The supervisor will lead land‑management operations on designated Defence estates, coordinating vegetation control, firebreak maintenance and pest management while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and Defence standards. Responsibilities also include managing contractor performance, delivering services on time, and supporting planning and reporting for land upkeep.
Ideal candidates have experience in land management, horticulture or environmental services, strong leadership and team‑coordination skills, and knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance. They must be able to manage contractors within budget and timeframes, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
