Manage the Co-Ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural Work Packages.
Hold weekly Commercial Meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are been captured and processed.
Ensure Change Management is handled correctly (Cost & Programme).
Support close out functions of all project items including Final Account, Punch List, Safety and QA Files, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan.
Management of Site Safety in conjunction with Safety Personnel (including Set-Up, Management and Close Out).
Manage Site Documentation.
Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings as well as Handover Meetings.
Review drawings and setting out details
Carry out distribute & close out Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) snags
Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered to.
Manage all day to day Site Operations.
Management of Sub-Contractor activities including tracking progress against Schedule and Manpower levels. Carry out Sub-Contractor meetings.
The successful candidate will manage the Co-Ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
Support the tracking of Project Costs with the support of the project QS’s.
Management of Site QA in conjunction the Projects team.
Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Supervisor
Strong Communication, Numeracy, and Problem-Solving skills
At least 7 Years relevant experience
Experience in delivering Large Scale Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) projects
Ability to manage a team of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) personnel
Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience in Scheduling, Planning and Sequencing

Our client has an opportunity for a Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Supervisor on a major Data Centre project in Dublin.
You will have a demonstrated experience in Supervising Works Packages including Civils, Roofing and Cladding. There will also be an expectation to Manage Site Safety and ensure Quality.
