The position: Business Development -Looking for 5+yrs of sales experience working for a Commercial General Contractor
Looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive to join a top ranked commercial general contractor!
Experience selling complex projects anywhere from 1-10M ideally
Travel: IF out of state, need to be open to traveling to IL once a month for a few days to a week, in addition to trade shows and networking events as needed
Experienced with sales cycles ranging from 90 days to 16 months
Ability to travel on a minimal basis
Location: IL-/Remote options- ability to live out of state and travel
Minimum of 5 years of successful related sales experience in Construction Management, working directly for a General Contractor
