Building Operations
Subcontract payment processing.
Subcontractor joint check documentation, correspondence, and processing.
Assist in all aspects of a construction project, including bidding, construction/operations, project close-out, and warranty, depending on phase of assigned project.
Subcontract/Purchase order distribution and tracking.
Representing ESI as an ambassador to clientele, design teams, city officials, and subcontractors.
Manage project documentation control, including organizing, maintaining, and updating plan updates (ASIs, CCDs, etc.), RFIs and responses, submittals, and taking and distributing meeting minutes.
Supporting the Marketing team with proposals, various media initiatives (design/photo/video), and other marketing efforts.
Attend & help coordinate company events that occur during your internship, including groundbreakings, ESI CARES events, employee events, etc.
Assist in the management and coordination of on-site trades.
Project documentation management, correspondence, and logs.
Change management document distribution and tracking.
Supporting the Information Technology team with service desk requests, asset management, and other installation, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting efforts.
Supporting the Human Resources team with employee onboarding communication, human resources documentation, benefits administration, and insight into applicable laws and policies (including affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, etc.).

High school diploma or GED completed and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related majors preferred. The ideal candidate will be within 2 years, or less, of graduation/successful completion of their degree.
