Duty Manager

Description

• Participate in at least one CIWG initiative each quarter.
• Ensure “no purchase order, no work” policy, including ad‑hoc work.
• Conduct one ethics session each month for IFM, secondments, and vendor partners.
• Foster a higher ethical behavior culture in the account.
• Achieve 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements; report any deviations immediately.
• Maintain all relevant facility‑operation documents.
• Hold and document monthly vendor meetings; ensure timely completion of action items.
• Manage all escalations according to process.
• Monitor daily vendor performance against SLAs.
• Actively participate in the Compliance Review Program to achieve a 100% “Classic” score.
• Follow all facility‑operation processes and procedures with 100% compliance.
• Adhere to ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Perform daily facility walk‑arounds; close observations within agreed timelines.
• Implement recommended cost‑saving initiatives.
• Keep vendor staff attrition within industry standards.
• Follow the 52‑week maintenance calendar.
• Follow pit‑stop activities.
• Ensure no work is performed without a valid work permit.
• Update the dynamic daily scorecard.
• Track and monitor R&M budget and invoice submissions.
• Implement all site‑level EHS initiatives and achieve 100% compliance.
• Participate in at least two people‑engagement activities/programs annually.
• Establish delegation methods to free up 50% of time; plan succession and a backup.
• Engage in cross‑functional training to handle critical situations.
• Maintain 100% adherence to ARCHIBUS; report deviations immediately.
• Attend all nominated training programs during the year.
• Conduct at least one vendor‑staff training each month and keep records.
• Ensure each employee receives 40 hours of training annually.
