The Project Management Experience Program (PMEP) accelerates the development of early‑career EPC and project‑management personnel through intensive training in technical and leadership skills. This role is part of the Project Management team within GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions business.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and have 3‑8 years of industry experience. They must be able to travel domestically or internationally for up to eight months per rotation, complete multi‑business, multi‑location assignments, and perform field site rotations. A two‑year commitment to the sponsoring business after graduation is required.
Preferred qualifications include a technical bachelor’s degree, experience in the power/energy sector, contract management experience, proven leadership, construction background, and at least two years of strong industry performance. Excellent written, oral, and facilitation skills are essential. UAE nationals with a Family Book are encouraged to apply.
