- Providing statutory and non-statutory contaminated land auditing under QLD and/or NSW frameworks
- Helping shape Epic’s site assessment and remediation services nationally
- Engaging in technical leadership, peer review and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Supporting and mentoring internal consultants and external stakeholders
- Reviewing and certifying PSIs, DSIs, RAPs and validation reports
- Advising clients, regulators and project teams on compliance, strategy and site outcomes

- Exceptional communication, leadership and client engagement skills
- Ability to balance independence with collaboration
- Strong track record across complex site assessments and remediation projects
- Work from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne — or hybrid from anywhere in QLD, NSW or VIC
- Excellent understanding of NEPM, state guidelines and legislative frameworks
- The autonomy to lead projects your way — without bureaucracy
- A genuine interest in mentoring and lifting technical capability
- Current QLD and/or NSW Site Auditor accreditation (dual is ideal, but not essential)
- Support from a national team of high-performing contaminated land specialists
