Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables for analytics initiatives.
Support workforce planning and talent strategy through data modeling and forecasting.
Independently collect, clean, and analyze complex HR datasets from multiple sources (HRIS, surveys, performance systems).
Deliver regular and ad hoc reports on key HR metrics including turnover, engagement, and performance.
Apply statistical methods and predictive analytics to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience working with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
3-5+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization.
