

Operates electricity transmission, electricity and gas distribution networks, plus energy infrastructure services.
Your responsibilities in project requirements (and derived requirements) management will also include managing live updates to Requirement Verification and Traceability Matrices (RVTMs), overseeing the requirements change management process, and maintaining the Project Master Index – Plans and Procedures to support achievement of Project objectives and deliverables across the project lifecycle.
You’ll perform compliance risk assessments, conduct regulatory compliance audits, and monitor project activities to safeguard integrity. When compliance breaches arise, you’ll lead investigations and work closely with project teams and corporate specialist functions to embed a risk-aware culture. Additionally, you’ll develop and implement compliance policies, manage regulatory changes and change management activities, and report on performance.
You’ll bring a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, including at least three years on infrastructure projects, where you contributed to the preparation of project management plans, policies, procedures, and strategies—ideally within construction or energy. Alongside this, you have a minimum of three years’ experience applying requirements management methodologies on major infrastructure projects. Your strong understanding of governance frameworks and compliance standards ensures you can confidently support complex projects and drive best practice.
