Description

In this role you will diagnose, repair, and replace residential electrical systems while guiding customers toward informed, confident buying decisions through an extraordinary customer experience. You’ll be the trusted expert ensuring safety and satisfaction in every project.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems and equipment (wiring, outlets, switches, breakers, lighting)
• Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure work complies with safety codes, electrical standards, and local regulations
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes to plan installations
• Conduct routine maintenance for long‑term safety and performance
• Provide accurate estimates and project timelines
• Coordinate with homeowners, contractors, and other tradespeople
• Document all work performed, including repairs, upgrades, and inspections
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and safety practices
• Participate in on‑call service rotation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years residential electrical experience
• Journeyman’s license required
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to see color‑coded wiring
• Physical capacity to stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, pull wires, and lift up to 50 lb
