The incumbent will perform general plant and mine labor, including cleaning production areas, shoveling stone from around conveyors, and assisting with plant clean‑up. They will be cross‑trained for entry‑level production positions to fill in during vacations, absences, or periods of increased demand. Additional duties include reporting equipment problems, conducting light maintenance on belt lines, completing pre‑shift equipment reports, and assisting coworkers as directed.
