Commercial Manager

• Manage client relationships and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead on tenders, contractor selection, and subcontractor management
• Oversee and deliver multiple high-value restoration projects across London
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Ensure projects meet quality, programme, and Health & Safety standards
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, estimates, and cost reports
• Provide accurate financial reporting, valuations, and final accounts

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager/QS with a passion for heritage and restoration? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading restoration specialist delivering high-profile projects on some of London’s most prestigious and historically significant buildings. Current projects include Grade I and II listed landmarks.

• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Confident in leading projects from inception to completion, including cost control, quality, H&S, and client relations
• Proven track record in managing restoration, conservation, or external refurbishment projects
• Highly motivated, commercially minded, and dynamic
• Strong financial management skills with experience in estimating, valuations, and final accounts
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree-qualified in Construction, Building Surveying, or a related field
• A natural leader with the ability to mentor junior staff
