Lead and Manage Technical Bids: Oversee the end-to-end technical bid process, from opportunity identification and strategy development through to submission and post-bid review. Ensure all technical content is accurate, client-focused, and aligned with WSP’s standards and client requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the technical interface with clients, sub-consultants, and internal stakeholders. Lead technical reviews, clarify requirements, and ensure all technical queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Project Coordination: Work closely with proposal managers, commercial leads, and graphic designers to ensure seamless integration of technical, commercial, and visual elements in each submission.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze feedback and lessons learned from previous bids to drive continuous improvement in technical bid quality and process efficiency. Share best practices and mentor junior team members.
Bid Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to WSP’s Business Development Integrated Management System (BD IMS), Delegation of Authority (DOA), and all relevant governance processes. Support teams in preparing documentation for internal approvals and client submissions.
Strategy and Solution Development: Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to define win themes, technical differentiators, and bespoke client offerings. Guide teams in developing compliant, innovative, and value-driven technical solutions.
Technical Content Leadership: Coordinate, author, and review technical documentation, ensuring clarity, compliance, and competitiveness. Lead storyboarding and content development for major pursuits, working with subject matter experts to articulate WSP’s value proposition.

Familiarity with international and regional bidding practices, particularly in the Middle East market.

Proven track record of leading successful technical bids for major infrastructure or consultancy projects.
