Drive quote conversion performance, ensuring follow-up discipline and customer engagement align with business objectives
Provide Central Marketing Support to include Social Media feeds, bespoke campaigns, leading to increase in customer engagement and report on results
Assist the Directors and Business Development Manager in management and preparation of Tenders and produce Evaluation Reports on results
Manage and coordinate Customer Feedback Questionnaires and produce summary result on findings
Ensure completion of PQQ’s and keep all Customers and their Portals updated with relevant information required for compliance
Make contact with new and prospective customers (via telephone, email, video conference or other Social Media methods) and maintain a record for all those contacted on CRM. Pass leads to Area Sales Managers where applicable
