The IT Manager will lead a team of four support technicians, develop and enforce IT policies, evaluate new technologies, and manage network infrastructure, servers, and end‑user systems. Responsibilities also include administering Office 365, SharePoint, remote‑access tools, Power BI, SSRS, SQL databases, ERP (IFS Cloud), access‑control and security systems, as well as standardizing equipment, licensing, and vendor contracts while collaborating with senior leadership on project delivery.

- Lead and mentor a team of four support technicians.

- Maintain Power BI, SSRS, and SQL databases for organizational reporting.
- Administer ERP system (IFS Cloud) and create Office 365 forms/workflows.
- Oversee access‑control, camera, and security systems across locations.
- Manage software licensing and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Standardize IT equipment and processes to reduce costs.
- Coordinate phone system management and IT project delivery with senior leadership.
- Provide occasional travel for emergency support.
