The manager will act as the primary client liaison, guide a multidisciplinary team, and oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordination with government agencies, consultants, and contractors ensures compliance and successful execution of each project.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil or water resources engineering, a Professional Engineer license in New York and/or New Jersey (or the ability to obtain one within six months), and at least ten years of experience in storm‑water and hydraulic design with a strong project‑management focus. Proficiency with CAD/Design software and storm‑water modeling tools is required.
