  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Cloud engineers and developers.
  • Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of SaaS and custom-built Cloud applications.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status reports/ updates, and deliver on project milestones.
  • Review and optimize code developed by the team, ensuring adherence to architectural and coding standards.
  • Manage and deploy Azure VM’s, Load Balancers, Virtual Networks and Azure Storage Solution.

  • Develop and manage Cloud environments for optimal performance, architectural alignment, low technical debt, cost efficiency, and security.
  • Develop plans and manage Cloud application projects from conception to completion, including schedule, resources, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage Azure subscriptions, configure and maintain landing zones, enforce enterprise policies, and drive operational excellence across our cloud platform.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve Cloud application stack, performance, documentation, testing, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Cloud application development, testing and deployment.
  • Develop clean, efficient, composable, scalable and maintainable code in languages such as Python, .NET, SQL Server, Node.js, React JavaScript
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Implement and manage security best practices for Cloud applications and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership in the development of custom Cloud-based applications.
  • Regularly audit and assess the security posture of Cloud applications and environments.
  • Set technical direction and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the business, UX designers, and other cross-functional teams to analyze, size, design and build scalable, reliable Cloud applications.

  • Strong business acumen, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience with hybrid Cloud environments and multi-Cloud strategies.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in building enterprise grade solutions that solve complex user and business problems.
  • Demonstrate technology expertise that is anchored in strong business acumen.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Demonstrate leadership in the growth, development, and implementation of sustainable Cloud application strategies, ensuring alignment with EBS strategy and business goals.
  • Experience with DevOps best practices, including containerization, automation and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with full stack hyperscale platforms such as Microsoft Azure, GCP or AWS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade Cloud and non-Cloud data storage (Azure Data Factory, Fabric, SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Proven experience in Cloud native development services, and with languages such as .NET, React, Python, Java or Node.js, SQL.
  • Experience in development environments that integrate low-code and omni-channel development platforms such as Outsystems or Mendix a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Resource Manager, Azure Policy, role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Knowledge of ERPs (such as Oracle Fusion, JDE, SAP) and integrations with other on-premise and Cloud-based applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • AEC industry experience a plus.
