As a planner for the Cross Keys client, you will manage follow‑on appointments, schedule jobs, allocate appropriate time, and assign the right operatives. You will monitor job progress, identify additional works, track KPIs and overdue tasks, and ensure repairs are delivered on time. Daily updates to repair jobs, use of IT systems, and clear communication with residents, operatives and stakeholders are also required.
The role requires previous experience in a planning or administrative position, strong organisational skills, IT literacy and good communication abilities. You must be able to work collaboratively with administrators, supervisors and contractors while adhering to company policies and Health & Safety standards.
The position is a full‑time, permanent role in Peterborough, working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. It offers an annual salary of up to £28,751.00 together with a company van and fuel card.
