You bring at least 5 years of proven Heavy Lift and Transport experience to this role
Travelling interstate and locally as required
Strong commercial acumen and sales capability
Ideally, a background that includes having worked in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
Knowledge of change management process, industry relevant department systems and MS Office suite
Leading, influencing and motivating your team through strong people skills
Strong understanding of heavy lift and transport logistics, equipment handling, and operational requirements
Prior people management and leadership experience, and a passion for coaching and mentoring
Strong safety leadership qualities
