The SDET will design test plans, cases, scripts, and automation procedures aligned with epics, stories, and acceptance criteria. Responsibilities include implementing both manual and automated tests, executing validation strategies, and investigating issues and risks uncovered during testing. The engineer will also collaborate closely with developers to debug and resolve software problems while maintaining thorough documentation of test results.
Key impacts include ensuring that software features meet design objectives, monitoring performance, reliability, and quality, and recommending corrective and preventative actions. The role requires compiling and analyzing statistical data, drafting QA policies, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering, power systems, computer science, information systems, or a related field, and have 3–6 years of experience in test automation. Required skills include proficiency with Appium, Selenium, Jira, Zephyr Scale, CI/CD pipelines, ADO, and programming in C, Java, or Python, as well as strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Apply programming expertise in C#, Java, and Python; knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and Postman.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in EE, power systems, CS, IS or related field with 3–6 years of test automation experience.
