  • Support Planning for recurring Construction Conferences Contribute to the development and execution of the upcoming construction conferences.
  • Organize Quarterly Construction Live Events/Seminars Plan and execute engaging learning events to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Recognition Programs Manage various programs such as Construction Team of the Year (CTOY) initiative, Hardhat Excellence Awards, and Leadership Coin to highlight and reward outstanding team performance.
  • Lead Functional Training Initiatives Design and implement role based career paths and training matrices tailored to construction roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage CWE Data Analytics & Reporting Collect, analyze, and report on CWE metrics to inform decision-making and track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate CCM (Construction Committee Meeting) Lead preparation and facilitation of triannual CCMs to assess and improve construction team capabilities.
  • Coordinate Construction University Programs Support the expansion and administration of Construction University offerings to build technical and leadership capabilities.
  • Oversee PTS & SME Pool Management Maintain and optimize the pool of Project Technical Specialists (PTS) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure resource readiness and deployment.
  • Develop and Maintain Job Architecture Oversee the creation and upkeep of job roles and structures within the construction function to support career development.

Benefits
