What you would be doing

Negotiate and manage budgets and help ensure financial performance objectives are achieved for each project;
Recruit, train, develop and retain local transportation staff to successfully deliver projects;
Supervise and direct staff engineers and technicians to meet project deadlines as well as scope and budget requirements; and
Provide leadership for the successful delivery of transportation projects of varying size and complexity;
Build and maintain client relationships, develop new clients and win work for the Infrastructure/Transportation Practice;
Work with transportation team members from other offices to build diverse project teams;
Work with leadership team within the Infrastructure/Transportation Practice, as well as across EXP’s Practice Groups, to develop and carry out our mission.
