Coordinate general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scanning.
Collect, verify, and organize billing information from internal teams and Project Managers.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for billing and administrative records.
Serve as a primary contact for customer billing inquiries and support issue resolution.
Support additional business administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.
Prepare and process invoices, billing summaries, and related documentation accurately and on time.
Produce reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as needed.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
Clear, professional communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

A combination of education and relevant administrative or billing experience will be considered.
Experience in invoicing, customer service, or administrative coordination within service or manufacturing environments preferred but not required.
