B.Sc. in Geomatics, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field
Strong knowledge of optimal estimation theory (Kalman filtering, least squares, etc.)
Deep understanding of GNSS/INS/sensor fusion theory, error modelling, and mitigation
Minimum 8 years of research and product development experience in GNSS/IMU integration or sensor fusion
Experience applying theory in tightly and deeply coupled systems across real‑world scenarios
Proficiency in C/C++ programming

Knowledge of coordinate systems and reference frames
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teams
