CNC Programmer

• Work with manufacturing and design teams
• Mentor and facilitate training for team members
• Meet with customers regularly to monitor project health
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures
• Follow part through manufacturing process with operator to ensure accuracy
• Write NC programs to machine complex parts using Gibbscam
• Create improvement methods

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, No travel is required.

• 3-5 years minimum of relevant experience
• Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred
• Ability to work in high stress, fast-paced environment
• Experience with Gibbscam required
• Experience with lathes, mills, and multi-axis (5- to 8-axis) desired
• Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results
• Displays strong analytical skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, etc) or equivalent experience
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders
• Experience with Aerospace products or related products valued
• Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
• Ability to resolve conflicting situations
• Substantial amounts of computer work.
• Proficient with GD&T concepts
• Experience programming CNC machines required
• Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Significant experience in manufacturing processes
• Previous experience writing NC code within the aerospace industry desired
• Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes

Pay Range: $31/hour - $37/hour
