- Prepare and restore vacant apartments for new resident move‑ins.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.
- Repair or service sinks, showers, appliances, cabinets, doors, and fixtures.
- Change bulbs, replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and damaged hardware.
- Inspect, re‑key, or repair locks, keys, and weather‑stripping.
- Complete interior and exterior painting and caulking.
- Conduct light drywall repairs, including patching, texturing, sanding, and finishing.
- Assist with grounds upkeep such as trash pickup, breezeway blowing, pressure washing, and maintaining clean common areas.

The role involves regular physical activity such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying items. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lb individually and up to 100 lb with assistance, working both indoors and in community common areas. All employees must follow the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day.
