Tasks
-Serve as an exemplary writer and content strategist. -Ensure copy team operates within established processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. -Manage and develop team members in a highly interactive team environment; leading copywriters to deliver first class writing to clients. -Have a demonstrated understanding of the digital marketing landscape and advise on the best approach for digital communications for each project. -Lead with strategic thinking and build consensus in a dynamic environment. -Alongside other Heads of Depts, contribute to the development of strategies and execution for current or prospective services that Global Creative may offer to the client. -Work closely with the Chief Global Creative Director to develop Global Creative’s content strategy and assets.

-Tact, diplomacy and clearness in written and spoken communication – our clientele are our most important partners. -Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field. (MBA a plus) -Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and act tactically in order to align Global Creative’s services with customer needs. -Demonstrated an analytical and strategic approach to problem solving. -Ability to think strategically and act tactically in order to align Global Creative’s content services with customer needs. -Be able to deliver constructive feedback, supporting and challenging the team as they develop. -Armed with a strong copy background, you’ll have experience in ideation, managing deadlines and deliverables, overseeing the content output for different clients and writing for a variety of different content formats. -Strong team player with demonstrated leadership acumen. -Ability to handle many issues, items and functions at one time and deal rapidly with multiple items in prioritized sequence; flexibility and adaptability are strengths of yours. -Working understanding of marketing strategy, creative, photography/videography, print production, media and digital communication platforms. -Unrivalled ability to prioritize workload and deliver multiple projects at any given time. -Minimum 10 years of experience in content strategy and creation in an agency setting; at least 3 years of management experience required.
