Perform all phases of field assignments, interpreting specifications and drawings and conveying intent to contractors and owners.

Hold a High School Diploma or GED; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, geology, or a related field is preferred.
Have experience inspecting PennDOT, ODOT, Turnpike, municipal, or sewer authority projects.
Possess relevant certifications such as ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician (Grade I), NICET Level II+ in Highway Construction Inspection, NECEPT Bituminous or Concrete Field Technician, EIT, NASSCO, or PennDOT qualifications (TA, TCI, TCIS, TCM).
Maintain a valid driver’s license with an insurable record and be willing to travel moderately.
Able to climb, reach, balance on uneven surfaces, and stand for long periods in the field.
