Warehouse Associate - Waterproofing

Description

The position centers on material handling and inventory support in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven distribution environment.

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation such as pick tickets and inventory count sheets.
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Commit to daily safety practices and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including cleaning and painting tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment; warehouse experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work early morning hours.
