What you would be doing

  • Inspects inventory for defects, scratches or other damage. Notifies Warehouse Manager of problem
  • Evaluates current processes and procedures and recommends changes to warehouse management
  • Coaches fellow associates on warehouse operational practices and procedures, equipment operation, and safety procedures when needed
  • Reports any customer problems or concerns immediately
  • Fills customer invoices. Checks part numbers, cleans and packs inventory items
  • Enforces policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations
  • Organizes and cleans warehouse space and company equipment as needed
  • You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments.
  • When requested delivers supplies and equipment in a timely fashion, while observing all Regulated DOT and OSHA standards
  • Tracks all inventory in appropriate system
  • Follows all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment
  • Receives incoming inventory & Supply items, logs into company warehouse system, and stocks inventory in the proper location

  • 2+ years of Warehouse experience
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Maintains working knowledge of warehouse data system and performs various tasks within the system
  • Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Employee is frequently required to walk or stand long hours and must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
  • Advanced computer skills (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and web-based tools)
  • Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate personal computers and software programs, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Forklift operating experience (Forklift Certification a plus)
  • High school diploma or a GED equivalent
  • Are proficient in Microsoft office suites.
