What you would be doing

- Complete all assigned tasks promptly, be diligent in field procedures and always maintain company standards.
- Make copies of field notes and reports
- Load/unload equipment and prepare trucks for daily jobs.
- Assist in acquiring the data needed in the field to produce the surveying and mapping product desired using the company's designated field procedures, from the setting of primary control, and data acquisition.

- Experience in Land Surveying
- Ability to work outside in extreme and varying weather conditions
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk long distances through a variety of terrain
- Excellent communication skills allowing them to communicate and interact with the field crew manager, the survey crew members, and the client on-site.
- Experience with Leica GPS, Total Stations, Robotics, and Data Collectors preferred
- Ability to operate a 3-5lb sledgehammer
- Ability to clear vegetation for clear line of sight
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lb
