The role provides support to the plant Quality function, monitoring and reporting on key Quality Management System processes and delivering timely, accurate data and performance reports to the Plant Leadership Team. The incumbent collects and consolidates quality data such as warranty, scrap and rework, produces monthly reports, and oversees quality systems including concessions, calibration, corrective actions, change control and PPAP. They also maintain engineering drawing and specification retention systems, coordinate the document control system using Q‑Pulse, and monitor audit actions via Portfolio software while acting as a quality auditor for QMS and EQMS audit programmes, reporting outcomes to stakeholders. Additionally, the position tracks performance and compliance, escalates DMRs with suppliers, and performs basic inspections following PPAP procedures.
- Support plant Quality function and deliver performance reports to leadership
- Collect, consolidate and publish monthly quality data (warranty, scrap, rework)
- Oversee key quality systems: concessions, calibration, corrective actions, change control, PPAP
- Maintain engineering drawing and specification retention; manage Q‑Pulse document control
- Track audit actions and status using Portfolio management software
- Conduct QMS/EQMS audits, prepare findings and communicate results to stakeholders
- Monitor compliance, track performance metrics and escalate DMRs with suppliers
- Perform basic inspections in line with PPAP procedures
