IAM / PAM Architect Engineer - London (x2)

This is a blended role that spans leadership, delivery, and technical depth across key platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and CyberArk.

As a Manager within the IAM & PAM practice, you won’t just deliver technology , you’ll shape client strategies, guide transformation programmes, and lead teams solving some of the most complex identity challenges in the UK.

• Act as the key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring alignment on vision, timelines, and quality.
• Work on impactful transformation programmes with major UK clients.
• Lead talented teams delivering IAM/PAM projects from discovery to go-live and beyond.
• Stay ahead of trends, product updates, and regulatory changes shaping the identity landscape.
• Advise on IAM/PAM strategy, governance models, operating models, and roadmap development.
• Work directly with clients to understand business and security needs, and translate them into fit-for-purpose IAM and PAM solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and ensure robust deployment of policies, roles, certifications, and access controls.
• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant implementations across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments.
• Shape the future of identity strategy, not just delivery.
• Oversee configuration and integration across leading IAM/PAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk).
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building internal capability and delivery excellence.

We’re looking for professionals with a strong mix of client-facing experience, technical delivery, and team leadership within IAM or PAM environments.

• Strong understanding of IGA, authentication, access control, privileged access, role management, and identity lifecycle.
• Professional certifications (e.g. SailPoint Certified Implementation Specialist, CyberArk Defender/Guardian, or Saviynt certifications).
• Background in consulting, professional services, or large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Hands-on delivery experience with one or more IAM/PAM platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar).
• Experience in financial services, public sector, or other regulated industries (SC clearance is a bonus).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Familiarity with integrating identity platforms with cloud and enterprise systems (e.g. Azure AD, Workday, SAP).
• Proven ability to lead client engagements in regulated or complex environments.
