1. Manage and drive EHS culture by leading the maintenance team and emphasizing on corporate EHS policy and culture. To actively and effectively participate in EH&S activities, best practices initiation/sharing as well as drive continuous improvement in EHS topic.
2. To lead team members in order to achieve the optimized maintenance planning and enable high performance Operations consistent with plant management strategy.
3. To identify and drive need based development plan for the maintenance team.
8. To ensure maintenance department related KPIs are tracked closely in order to find improvement opportunity.
Demonstration of leadership and managerial responsibility to maintain customer, site, and business needs
Possess a broad knowledge of plant design, production, project management, maintenance management, policies, and standards.
Candidates from chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical manufacturing are highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of SAP.
