Design multi-acre retail, commercial, and/or residential development including due diligence, permitting, and limited contract administration.
Problem Solving - Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
Research, understand and apply City, State and Federal codes.
Execute assigned tasks accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
Estimate project costs, including materials, equipment, and labor.
Communicate tasks and schedule and coordinate project assignments with project team.
Visit sites as required.

Able to read/analyze/interpret complex information.
Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Critical Thinking - Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or completion of degree within six months.
Experience with design software (AutoCAD and Hydrologic/Hydraulic design software)
PE license (Florida required)
Demonstrated background in plan production and project execution.
Mathematics - Able to use mathematics to solve problems.
Experience with land development projects.
Able to work and interact with local review agencies.
Able to understand the relationship between project details and project goals.
