Supports the preparation of cost data for proposals and contracts.
Assists in developing specific project codes of accounts and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions
Performs routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities as directed.
Assists in the development and application of unit rates (cost and job hours) to quantity takeoffs
Assists in the development of quantity takeoffs for a specific discipline or specialty
Assists with budget allocation, reporting, and cost control for specific construction disciplines or groups of disciplines.
Supports the project trend program (Change Management program)
Supports the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports.
Networks and connects with internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Skilled in oral and written communication
Proficiency in domain specific software applications - Microsoft Office Applications, Ecosys, Power BI for example.
