Tasks

-Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, estimators, schedulers, and other stakeholders, to gather information and develop compelling proposal content. -Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and best practices. -Solicit feedback to continuously enhance proposal quality and win rates. -Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including RFP/RFQ analysis, storyboarding, content development, and review cycles. -Tailor proposal content to address specific client needs, aligning with project objectives and requirements. -Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure the proposal's accuracy, clarity, and consistency. -Develop persuasive and client-focused narratives that effectively communicate our company's value proposition, experience, and capabilities. -Define proposal timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet submission deadlines. -Analyze project requirements, evaluate client needs, and identify key differentiators to create winning proposal strategies. -Ensure compliance with client requirements, addressing all evaluation criteria and adhering to proposal submission guidelines. -Track and maintain database of upcoming projects provides updates associated with leads and opportunities utilizing Haydon CRM software. -Participate in the evaluation of proposal performance, identifying areas for improvement and lessons learned. -Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and subject matter experts to develop strategic approaches for proposal development. -Write, edit, and refine proposal content, including executive summaries, project descriptions, qualifications, and technical responses.

-Experience in proposal management, preferably within the construction industry, with a focus on alternative delivery methods such as CMAR. -Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to managing multiple projects simultaneously. -Understanding construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices. -3+ years of marketing and leadership experience in B2B professional services. -Lift and move up to 15 pounds -Ability to leverage a network of clients and relationships. -Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures. -Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft applications. -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry). -Ability to wear required PPE on job sites -Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content. -Proficiency in proposal management software, MS Office Suite, CRM, and other relevant tools. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. -Computer work, sitting
