Leasing Agent

Description

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, insurance certificates, invoices, and vendor records.
• Maintain and update marketing materials and vacancy reports daily.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through regular communication and community events.
• Coordinate unit readiness and move-ins according to established checklists.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and participate in outreach events to attract new residents.
• Greet and assist prospective residents, managing all phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
• Guide applicants through the leasing and application process, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide general operational support including phone coverage and scheduling.
• Support Property Managers with administrative tasks, reports, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs dictate.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
