The Facilities Professional role (Requisition 2026-2975-01) is part of S&ME’s Shared Services team and is responsible for shaping the workspaces where employees collaborate and innovate. The position can be based at any of the company’s locations and reports directly to operational leadership.
In this role you will partner with operational leaders to support smart facility decisions, from identifying new locations and reviewing leases to managing vendors and overseeing daily building operations. Your work will directly influence workplace efficiency, comfort, and functionality, contributing to the company’s growth and operational success.
S&ME seeks a detail‑oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and possesses knowledge of construction, building systems, and facility‑management tools. A strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and proactive problem‑solving is essential.
Candidates must have a high school diploma (an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus) and at least six years of experience in facilities, real‑estate, property, or construction management. Experience with CAD or BIM for space planning is advantageous.
This full‑time position offers competitive pay based on experience and requires compliance with fleet management, substance‑policy, and reference‑check standards. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
