You will provide support to the Project Manager and lead engineers in various aspects of project management. This can include assisting in client communication and coordination, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with Arcadis practices, including quality and safety standards.
You will interact with clients to understand their needs and requirements for roadway projects. This involves effective communication, maintaining client relationships, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during project development and design.
You will be responsible for the technical design of minor projects, including roadways, intersections, streets, expressways, and interchanges. This entails using engineering principles, standards, and software tools to develop detailed plans and specifications for construction.
You will contribute to the development of roadway projects by assisting in project scopes, budgets, and planning. This may involve collaborating with a team or working independently to identify project requirements and objectives.
You will ensure that all aspects of the roadway projects adhere to Arcadis practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining quality control processes, conducting technical reviews, and addressing safety.

Prefer experience in a client-facing role, either as a team or individual, making presentations and managing client expectations.
You should also have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and be a self-motivated, team-oriented and flexible individual who possesses the initiative and ability to tackle new projects, challenges, and concepts.
EIT with the desire to pursue a Professional Engineers License.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
2-3 years’ work experience which includes experience on LADOTD projects
Familiarity with LADOTD design standards and policies.
Experience with CAD particularly Microstation and OpenRoads.
