Work in various indoor and outdoor environments and weather conditions.
Conduct routine facility inspections and respond to work orders using building automation and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory codes; maintain clean and safe work areas, including proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
Monitor and evaluate the quality, cost, and timeliness of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
Perform physical tasks including bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting, standing, reaching, and lying down as necessary to access equipment components; may be required for extended periods.
Operate and inspect mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, structural, and control systems to ensure optimal facility performance, safety, and code compliance.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, and building components.
Maintain detailed records for equipment, including readings, service actions, and maintenance logs.

EPA 608 Universal Certification.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and CMMS platforms
Technical or trade schooling related to HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing.
Valid state driver’s license
Stationary Engineer license.
Experience with Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms.
Experience in commercial, industrial, or multi-tenant facilities.
