The Financial Analyst underwrites both the development and acquisition of real estate assets in multiple markets throughout the US. Work involves assisting the Deal Team in underwriting projects, coordinating the closing process, and performing financial analysis on existing portfolio assets. This position will report directly to the CFO and work closely with members of Endeavor’s development and acquisitions teams.
- Assist in the debt and equity raising process (put together packages, manage lender/investor correspondence, etc.).
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Support the Deal Team with various types of closings (purchases, sales, construction loan closings, JV closings, etc.).
- Assist in various corporate and non-role-specific functions as needed with a “team player” mentality.
- Also accepting applicants with 1-2 years of real estate experience.
- Build and refine financial models to accurately evaluate an investment thesis.
- Update various asset management schedules, portfolio-level reports, and other investor or corporate reports.
- Prepare presentation materials for Investment Committee, investor presentations, or other meetings.
- Underwrite office, retail, multifamily, condo, industrial, hotel, student housing, and mixed-use real estate investment opportunities (both ground-up development & acquisitions).
- Analyze financial information from various sources to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions.

- Argus experience preferred
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Understand mathematical concepts including levered and unlevered internal rate of return (“IRR”), cash on cash return, yield on cost (“YOC”), net present value (“NPV”), and all basic concepts associated with real estate finance.
- Superior Excel and Word skills required
- Deadline driven and able to prioritize.
- Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
