Cluttons is hiring an experienced Associate to join its Digital Connectivity team. This senior role will be responsible for delivering strategic estate‑management services to a key client account, maintaining high service standards and nurturing long‑term client relationships.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of estate‑management services, oversee transactional matters, and resolve complex management issues. They will serve as the primary senior contact for internal and external stakeholders, including landlords and tenants, and will be accountable for preparing and reviewing legal documentation and client reports.
Leadership is central to the role; the Associate will manage and develop a team of Surveyors, providing guidance, mentorship and performance oversight. They will also analyse data from client databases to generate strategic recommendations and drive property‑related projects to successful outcomes.
Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification, with MRICS chartered status preferred, and possess extensive experience in managing complex estate portfolios. Strong leadership, client‑management, time‑management, and advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
Cluttons offers 27‑30 days holiday, private medical insurance, hybrid working, an enhanced pension scheme, life assurance, season‑ticket loans, cycle‑to‑work scheme, health vouchers, an employee assistance programme and a flexible benefits menu. The firm is committed to diversity and inclusion, encouraging applicants from all backgrounds, and outlines a clear policy that agency fees are only payable where a signed agreement exists.
