- Support the transition of designs from concept through prototyping into volume manufacturing
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and results
- Contribute ideas for new architectures, design techniques, and process improvements
- Conduct RF system analysis, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting of complex designs
- Lead the design, simulation, and development of RF and mmWave circuits, components, subsystems and systems from DC to V-Band and beyond
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation during the design and development process
- Work closely with electronics, mechanical, software, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions
- Work with project managers and engineering leads to deliver designs on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
- Stay up to date with RF/microwave industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Contribute to technology and product roadmaps with innovative RF design solutions
- Present technical work and project updates to peers, management, and customers as required
- Support RFQs, proposals, and customer engagements with technical input where required
- Collaborate with process engineering and operations to ensure manufacturability and yield of RF products
- Ensure designs meet required specifications, standards, and customer requirements
- Carry out RF measurements, characterisation, and validation of prototypes and production hardware
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including customers
- Conduct simulation and modelling of RF circuits using tools like ADS, CST, MWO or similar

- Degree (or equivalent) in Communications/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
- Proven track record in RF circuit and subsystem development (LNAs, PAs, filters, mixers, oscillators, etc.)
- Experience in RF measurement techniques and use of VNAs, spectrum/network analysers, and test automation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in high-frequency design (Ku, Ka, Q, V and E-band)
- Experience working to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of RF CAD tools (e.g., ADS, AWR, CST, or similar)
- Significant hands-on experience in RF and/or mmWave design, simulation, and test
- Familiarity with volume manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT
