● Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring positions.
● Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skillset, experience, and culture fit.
● Drive onboarding for selected candidates ensuring smooth joining formalities and documentation.
● Design and execute employer branding activities, recruitment drives, and campus hiring programs.
● Mentor junior recruiters or HR associates involved in hiring.
● Track hiring metrics, provide weekly reports, and analyze data to improve hiring efficiency and timelines.
● Source high-quality talent through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
● Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
● Lead the end-to-end hiring process across departments, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
● Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build hiring plans.
● Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
● Prior experience leading recruitment initiatives or managing a small TA team is a plus.
