Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable traffic and ITS solutions.
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to a growing team of traffic and ITS engineers, fostering professional development and high-quality project delivery.
Lead and manage traffic and ITS projects from planning and design through delivery.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm’s NY/NJ traffic and ITS portfolio, identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource planning to ensure successful outcomes.
Serve as a primary client contact for agencies such as NYSDOT, NJDOT, and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ).

Substantial professional years of experience in traffic engineering and/or intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
Excellent communication, client management, and business development skills.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff.
Demonstrated experience managing projects for NYSDOT, NJDOT, and/or PANYNJ.
Strong understanding of regional transportation systems, traffic analysis tools, and ITS technologies.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY or NJ (dual licensure preferred).
