What you would be doing
  • Act as the site-level ambassador for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, production, quality, engineering) to facilitate effective MES deployment.
  • Prepare specifications/requirement for digital transformation.
  • Support the development and refinement of SOPs, workflows, and digital process documentation.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure team readiness and adoption.
  • Translate operational needs into system requirements and support configuration/testing.
  • Ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance standards during MES implementation.
  • Gather feedback from end-users and relay insights to the MES implementation team for continuous improvement.
  • Champion the cultural change toward digital transformation and data-driven operations.
  • Serve as first-line support during and after go-live for MES and digitalisation related issues.
  • Monitor usage and performance of MES applications and encourage user engagement.
