- Contribuer à la gestion des projets pour sa discipline, et assurer le suivi des échéanciers et budgets de concert avec le chargé de projet;
- Établir et maintenir des relations avec nos clients, jouer le rôle d’ambassadeur auprès de ceux-ci.
- Collaborer avec les techniciens et les ingénieurs aux projets, fournir une supervision lorsque requis;
- Contribuer à la préparation de rapports, plans et devis;
- Participer à l’inspection de structures existantes;
- Réaliser l’ingénierie d’ouvrages hydrauliques, de barrages et de structures d’aménagements hydroélectriques dans le cadre de projets de nouvelles installations ou de réfection de structures existantes;

- Fournir le support technique à la construction (bureau et/ou chantier);

- Excellente communication tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Détenir un baccalauréat en génie civil (structure) ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Posséder un minimum de 10 années d'expérience en ingénierie de structures hydrauliques ou de projets hydroélectriques;
- Effectuer des études, analyses et calculs de conception;
- Contribuer aux études de sécurité des barrages;
- Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
