Description

The Senior Change Management Lead at Autodesk serves as a strategic partner to guide global teams through transformation, ensuring clear communication and seamless adoption of change initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change Management, the role applies recognized methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter while influencing senior stakeholders in complex environments.

• Own and maintain stakeholder impact analysis for GTM teams, tracking initiatives, timing, and impact.
• Create cross‑initiative change narratives that simplify complex program changes for diverse audiences.
• Draft communications such as emails, talking points, FAQs, Slack announcements, and executive summaries.
• Develop polished decks, infographics, one‑pagers, and maintain visual identity guidelines.
• Build and manage a cross‑program communications calendar aligned with training, launches, and milestones.
• Analyze existing communication channels to integrate messages and improve engagement.
• Leverage digital platforms (Slack, intranet, email, video) for consistent, clear messaging.
• Produce visual storytelling assets to simplify concepts and drive adoption.
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust communication strategies to maximize reach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of change management or project management experience, preferably in consulting.
• Proven record of developing and executing change strategies for complex, global programs.
• Expertise in stakeholder impact analysis, segmentation, and executive‑level communication.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools (Staffbase, intranet platforms, Slack, Teams).
• Ability to design or oversee visual content such as infographics, decks, and videos.
• Experience leading large‑scale organizational change across multiple geographies.
• Consulting experience in organizational change management (preferred).
• Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with Kotter’s 8‑Step Change Model (preferred).
• Experience in content design, visual storytelling, and analytics‑driven communication optimization (preferred).

Benefits

Compensation for Canada‑BC based positions includes a base salary ranging from $95,200 to $130,900, with the possibility of higher offers based on experience and location, alongside bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
